The Big Kahuna – Fully Automated Sales Pipeline
Kooler Ice salespeople spent hours every month making sales calls and following up with clients. Kooler Ice needed a better solution – one that closes more sales AND frees up valuable time for its hard-working salespeople.
So GetUWired created a fully automated sales pipeline tailored to Kooler Ice’s unique sales process. We took every single step of Kooler Ice’s sales process – from the first call to the final paperwork – and automated it.
The automated pipeline acts as every salesperson’s personal assistant – keeping up with clients, sending emails, and reminding salespeople when they need to complete tasks.
Some key points of the pipeline:
– When a lead comes in, Infusionsoft assigns it to a salesperson based on geography and notifies the salesperson to call the lead.
– After the call is made, one of two email campaigns is started – one for if the call is connected, and one for “no answer.”
– After three calls go unanswered, the lead is entered into a nurturing campaign for as long as 12 months.
– The sales process is completely automated – from the first quote to signing the final paperwork.
– After a sale is made, Infusionsoft sends the client soft nurture emails asking if they need supplies, etc., and checking back with them after six months.
